Hawaii Camera Operator Work Terms:

Full day= 10 hours
OT  +1.5 hour/rate;  2x hourly rate after 12 hours.
Half day= 5 hours is charged.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled call time or 1/2 rate is charged.
1/3 deposit must be made before the project begins + Hawaii GE tax 4.917% 
Beyond Hawaii : Travel, transportation, accommodations, meal stipend not included.
